November 25th is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (governmental, non-profit offices, businesses, individuals, etc., usually only work half-days or are totally closed.
In observance and consideration of individuals who celebrate (or do not celebrate) Thanksgiving; may have holiday plans. The usual scheduled date (Nov. 25th/4th Wed.) may conflict with those plans; potentially leading to a low(er) attendance/turnout for the incoming board of directors election (2027). It is imperative we have as many representing general membership agencies (individuals) present to vote. Thank you, for your cooperation.
OTHERWISE
We hold meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A light meal is served with a recommended donation of $5.00. Anyone interested in preventing and ending homelessness across the South Plains is encouraged to attend.
