Services Provided:

Community Resources - SHP component in which grantees or project sponsors provide supportive services (without housing) to homeless persons. SSO projects assist homeless persons to obtain and remain in permanent housing as well as increase their incomes and live independently.
2-1-1 Texas, a program of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, is committed to helping Texas citizens connect with the services they need.
